INITIAL EVALUATION
This evaluation allows us to have a wholistic approach to creating an individualized program that best fits YOU and YOUR BODY. It also gives us a perfect opportunity to highlight where you stack up next to your peers and pros alike. With this information, we will lay out our roadmap for you to dominate your athletic goals!

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
After your Initial Evaluation we will program your correctives into your Individualized program and take this time to overview all the exercises in your program. With an average of 3 sessions, this time will allow the athlete to fully understand the key areas of focus (speed, strength, and mobility) so each athlete is ready to hit the ground running when you start your membership!

SEMI-PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP
After our team is ready to progress you into a semi-private membership, you will have a few options of memberships based off of how many sessions you plan on attending TP per month, or if you are training remote. Your individualized program will be on your personal app and you will train along with other athletes in a group setting.
