Come join us and go through a workout with us! We will go through speed technique, core control, arm care, strength and stability work, and the foundation to developing power on the softball field!
This will be a 2 hour crash course on all things strength and
Studies have shown that 90% of your athleticism happens between 6 - 12 years old. Also, (contrary to popular belief) there are no studies that show proper strength training stunts growth.
But, there are many studies showing the negative effects of overuse/overtraining/ and the negative effects of playing year round sports on top of a weak (youth) structure.

Our goal is to create a fun, engaging, and challenging training session for the athlete to leave eager to come back, educated on what he or she needs to work on for improvement, and challenged to meet and exceed their expectations on field or court!
We start all our athletes off with an initial evaluation. After the evaluation we will sit down with the athlete and the parent to overview where your athlete stands today from a movement, strength, and speed standpoint. We will also lay out. aroadmap for future success and how we plan to maximize their God-given potential!
SIGN-UP: YOUTH INITIAL EVALUATION
We take every athlete through 1on1 training sessions to make sure our youth athletes don't feel overwhelmed with all the information, understand the exercises, teach them how to follow their individualized workouts, and coach their technique with every exercise.
Once our staff is ready to progress your athlete into a group training session (and the athlete and parent are ready for this as well) we will move forward with a Monthly Membership option that best suits your needs.
