As a Performance Coach at Tinsley Performance, you’ll play a critical role in developing, implementing, and refining strength & conditioning programs for athletes from youth to the professional level across multiple sports.
This is not a “clock in, clock out” training job. This is a leadership role in an elite performance environment.
🔹 Coach and manage a core group of assigned athletes, ensuring their long-term development
🔹 Oversee strength, speed, and injury prevention programming for teams and individual athletes
🔹 Work collaboratively with pitching, hitting, and sport-specific specialists to optimize performance
🔹 Mentor younger coaches and assist in the ongoing education and development of our staff
🔹 Engage in high-level problem solving for athlete-specific performance challenges
This role requires someone who can think critically, adapt quickly, and lead with conviction.
✅ Preferably collegiate athletic playing experience
✅ 3-5+ years experience in strength and conditioning, preferably with multi-sport athletes
✅ Proven success coaching high-level athletes (college/pro experience is a plus)
✅ Deep understanding of biomechanics, force production, and speed development
✅ Elite communication skills – you need to lead, motivate, and educate athletes with clarity

As Director of Pitching Development, your job is simple:
TO CREATE RESILIENT, HEALTHY, AND DOMINANT PITCHERS!
🔹 Develop and implement data-driven pitching programs for youth, high school, college, and pro athletes
🔹 Integrate biomechanics, velocity development, arm care, and strength training to optimize performance
🔹 Analyze pitch data and mechanics using Rapsodo, TrackMan, high-speed video, and force plates
🔹 Collaborate with our performance coaches to ensure pitchers are maximizing velocity, durability, and efficiency
🔹 Lead, educate, and mentor pitchers, building mental toughness and game-day confidence
🔹 Grow our pitching program, helping Tinsley Performance become the #1 pitching development hub in the Southeast
This role isn’t just about teaching drills—it’s about building a system that produces elite-level results.
✅ Preferably collegiate or professional pitching experience

As an A3 Adult Performance Coach, your job is to lead, inspire, and develop high-level training programs for adults who refuse to slow down.
