PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST (PITCHING)

About the Role

The Pitching Performance Specialist is a full-time coaching role working alongside our Director of Pitching & Performance Integration to execute elite-level development for pitchers of all levels.

You'll coach, track, and communicate with pitchers, blending mechanical coaching, performance data, and strength/speed integration into individualized plans that produce real results.

But just as important — you’ll build real relationships with our athletes, helping them grow in confidence, resilience, and understanding of their craft.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong background in pitching development and biomechanics
Experience coaching youth, high school, college, or pro arms
Familiarity with data tools like TrackMan, Rapsodo, or Edgertronic
Comfortable on the floor coaching movement, drills, intent, and mindset
Able to communicate clearly with both athletes and parents
Desire to work in a faith-forward, team-first environment
Bonus: Content creation experience (video analysis, social content, etc.)
