This plan will have 3 workouts per week. Two lift days, and a hybrid lift/mobility/arm care day on your 3rd workout of the week.
Here's your OFF-SEASON roadmap for arm care, strength, and rotational power and top end speed & agility! This 6 month program will have 3 lift days, and 2 speed days to maximize your offseason focused on functional movement while developing speed and power through the ground!
