This option is for athletes who want to come on-site to TP to go through our full body movement assessment and train remote.
This is a 3 hour Evaluation that consists of the Initial Eval, Eval Overview, Program Set-Up on your phone, then a 90min walk-thru of speed, agility, correctives, and weight room work to make sure the exercises are being implemented properly and the athlete fully understands form, technique, and our expectations of the training program prior to their dismissal.
This allows us to make sure we are not missing any movement insufficiencies or any issues that could put a limit on maximizing your potential on the field of play.
