We start all our athletes off with an initial evaluation. After the full-body evaluation we will sit down with the athlete (and the parent) to overview their movement, strength, speed, and power metrics. We will also lay out a roadmap for future success and how we plan to maximize their God-given potential!
The last half of the Evaluation is reserved to walk through the program with the athlete so he or she is completely ready for Day 1 of training.
If needed after the Initail Evaluation, our 1on1 training sessions allow time for individual instruction to nail down key areas we're working on for every exercise. This 1:1 time allows the athlete to become confident in their ability to understand the program, and fully understand our expectations for each training session.

Once our staff is ready to progress the athlete into a group training session (and the athlete and parent are ready for this as well) we will move forward with a Monthly Membership option that best suits your needs. Our memberships come in 3, 6 or 12 month memberships which allows us the time needed to make a long-lasting positive impact on the athlete's goals!

Our movement screen has been developed from experience alongside Physical Therapists and Doctors alike in order to expose key areas for improvement to increase strength, speed, and power with the main objective of keeping the athlete on the field of play!
