Our movement screen has been developed from experience alongside Physical Therapists and Doctors alike in order to expose key areas for improvement to increase strength, speed, and power with the main objective of keeping the athlete on the field of play!

Post Injury? Just got "cleared" by the doc? This evaluation is FOR YOU. If not, don't count yourself out, because every professional athlete goes through evaluations just like this in order to find areas for improvement!

Our goal is to expose any limited areas, and explain why proper mechanics will keep you on the field and allow you to perform at at your highest  level!
